The State Department has decided approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the United Kingdom of three SEAL Delivery Vehicles (SDV) MK 11 Shallow Water Combat Submersibles (SWCS) for an estimated cost of $90 million. The Defence Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on September 19, 2018. Â The total estimated program cost is $90 million.
