SOLOTÜRK has started to re-use the CN235M-100 transport aircraft. Painted in SOLOTÜRK colours, the C-055 was photographed in Ankara Etimesgut on September 29, 2020.
It is not known whether the CN235M has joined SOLOTÜRK as a replacement for the Lockheed C-130E Hercules platform or as a support transport aircraft.
In 2016, the C-130 was replaced by the CN235 aircraft for the use of SOLOTÜRK.
SOLOTÜRK continues its activities with its aircraft maintenance team consisting of two pilots and two support personnel and nine people selected from the Aircraft Maintenance Command.
