Ukrainian Defence companies’ administration UkrOboronProm has a complaint and accusation about former administrations. Konstantin Bushuyev Deputy General Director for Security of UkrOboronProm wrote an article about former administrations and UkrOboronProm announced the article from its official social media accounts. The article is in Ukrainian. According to unofficial translation, Mr Bushuyev claims that “state defence companies were robbed” and explains “the two largest schemes of taking possession of property”
Mr Bushuyev gives examples from two companies Kyiv plant Mayak and Kyiv plant ” Radar ” for “robbery” and concludes, “Ukraine has been at war for over 6 years. It is hard to imagine that in a belligerent Britain that was systematically bombed by the Germans during World War II, one of the British could afford to drag something home from a factory … An environment of zero tolerance for corruption will not tolerate this.”
He states that UkrOboronProm established cooperation with all law enforcement and law enforcement agencies: the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police, the Prosecutor's Office, the DBR, NABU, and the State Fiscal Service.
He also states that UkrOboronProm continues to work on creating a legal environment in which the Concern would be as effective as possible both in terms of efficient use of the property and in terms of fulfilling the tasks assigned to the defence sector.
