Nail Kurt, FNSS General Manager and CEO, met with the leading names of the defence media in a live stream. Kurt answered C4Defence's questions about MAV (Marine Assault Vehicle).
Giving the information that the tests are continuing, Kurt stated that the studies were carried out. While it was announced that the vehicle was ready for Presidency of Defence Industries official qualification tests, it was announced that the process would start after FNSS factory trials. Adding that some equipment on the vehicle is localized outside the planned process, Kurt added that the post-design evaluation process is also continuing. It was announced that the start of qualification tests in the autumn period was on the agenda, and the process will continue until the end of 2021, and the mass production phase will begin in 2022.
