Russia has announced that its missile integration tests have been completed. Thus, the Russian Project 22350 frigates were qualified for a new weapon system. During the trials 10 different fire test launchs were carried out and different scenarios were tried.
One of the most advanced air defence systems in Russia, Poliment Redut, provides effective protection of 150 km diameter. The system, which can be effective against the targets at an altitude of 30 thousand meters, will be used in Admiral Gorshkov frigates.
