The Belgian Ministry of Defense has signed an agreement with Jankel to supply 199 units of Ligt Troop Transport Vehicles (LTTV). The procurement decision was taken at the June 2017 meeting of the Belgian Council of Ministers.
LTTVs will be produced on Mercedes UNIMOG 4×4 chassis, will be delivered between 2019 and 2021. The task modules of the vehicles to be produced in special operation forces, ranger, ambulance and command post variants. Mission modules can be easily changed between base vehicles.
