The Philippines, which accelerated the acquisition of defence systems to restructure the army and increase its capabilities, received new platforms.

Philippine Army took delivery of new Mobile Command Center Vehicles. Platforms called MCC4 (Mobile Command Center 4) are deployed on KM-450 vehicles. The MCC4s, assigned to the Army Signal Regiment, will perform critical tasks, such as directing and commanding the operation, as well as coordination between the military and government levels.

The systems also have the ability to link with disaster response teams and crisis management units. It is stated that it will provide a wide situational awareness to decision-makers. Systems that were previously deployed on the Vietnam War Era Kaiser Jeep M715 were integrated into KM-450s with domestic capabilities.
