Iran has announced that it has made test launch of new missile. Test was carried out for the 40th anniversary of the revolution, and it was claimed to be successful.
The Iranian media reported that the new cruise missile, Hoveizeh, is able to reach a range of 1350 km. During the test, the missile hit its target succesfully after 1250 kilometres flight. It is also known that the system, which is produced entirely by domestic capabilities, is not capable of carrying nuclear warheads.
