The pandemic that affected the world began to have an impact on the armed forces. The Russian Defence Ministry said COVID-19 had been identified in 1,254 troops between March 3 and May 3. The total number of cases across the country is 145,268.

In the United States, which is leading by far as the number of cases of coronavirus, 4,541 force personnel were diagnosed with the virus. There are 1,158,341 people diagnosed with COVID-19 in the country.

Ukraine's Defence Ministry confirmed two new cases and said the number of personnel detected in the virus within the armed forces reached 48. There are a total of 12,331 people diagnosed with coronavirus in Ukraine.

Australia has recently announced that viruses have been detected in five force personnel returning from their positions in the Middle East. There are 6,823 cases collected across the country.
