Turkey and Pakistan continue to expand the bilateral cooperation in the defence.

Pakistan announced acquisition news for new multi-role corvettes, which are under construction at Damen's Galati Shipyard located in Romania. Islamabad administration was chosen Alper Ship LPI radar for use in platforms.

The systems, which are announced to be procured from a single source, have LPI (Low Probability of Intercept) feature. In this way, ships equipped with Alper have the capability to detect without being detected. The hardware, which can be controlled from a common console by integrating into combat management systems and existing navigation radars on ships, can be used in all kinds of maritime platforms.
