Elektroland Defence company, the mechanical hand of the Turkish Armed Forces and Police Headquarters with the bomb destruction robots is in the production business for nearly 25 years. The company will build a Bomb Destruction Robot Production, Test, Training and R&D Centre in Gölbaşı district of Ankara.
The facility will rise on the land allocated by the state. The state gave the firm the easement right of the land it requested for 30 years. The company plans to start construction in July and complete it in 4 months.
The new factory will include a design workshop, mass production tape with state-of-the-art CNC machines, and administrative units. Tests of the produced robots and related systems will also be carried out in the Test Centre, which will be established at the factory.
The company will also create an R&D centre within the facility. ElektroLand Defence, which develops its robots with security forces and in line with their experience/demands, produces the world's most robust/quality bomb destruction robots that have served the most in the field.
