Gürcan Okumuş, who is the TÜBİTAK SAGE (Savunma Sanayii Araştırma ve Geliştirme Enstitüsü / Defence Industries Research and Development Instute) Institute Director, was a guest on live stream at C4Defence's Instagram account. Okumuş made important statements about Kuzgun ammunition family.
In the Kuzgun Project, which was initiated by TÜBİTAK SAGE as an internal project with the initiative of the institution, the studies are taking firm steps. The systems, which are evaluated as a critical system project within the scope of the needs analysis, will be equipped with different warheads, with and without thrust and will have nearly nine variants. Kuzgun, which is targeted to be used primarily for UAVs thanks to its low weight, will have a structure suitable for launching from different platforms.
