Israel’s Ministry of Defence (MOD) shared a video clip from its official twitter account that it claimed was taken during “missile interception tests” for the David’s Sling., whose role is to plug the gap between the Iron Dome and the Arrow ABM system. The system is also known as the “Magic Wand”.

The twitter says, “The Israel Missile Defence Organization of the Israel Ministry of Defence and the US Missile Defence Agency, Successfully Completed a Series of Interception Tests of the David's Sling Aerial Defence System.”

David’s Sling is a result of a joint venture between missile defence agencies in Israel and the US.

In July 2018 the David’s Sling went into action.
