January 19, 2017C295W – Caracal Aerial Refuelling Demonstration
Airbus Defence and Space conducted a refuelling demostration flight with its C295W tactical transport aircraft in December, announced on 17 January. During the flight the C295W performed a series of contacts with a H225M Caracal helicopter. The latest variant of C295 is fitted with a standard air-to air refuelling (AAR) kit.
