Acting Director of SpetsTechnoExport (STE) Vladyslav Belbas met with Turkish journalists during the Arms and Security Expo held in Kiev. STE currently develops business among Turkish and Ukrainian companies. Belbas underlined that government-to-government relations are very good and both sides are determined to deepen relations even more. Comparing Ukraine with China in terms of production costs, Belbas invites Turkish companies to invest in Ukraine. During our interview, we had the opportunity to learn about the most recent developments on defence issues.

C4Defence: What technology do you get from Turkey and from which company?

STE Acting Director Vladyslav Belbas: We are importing critical technology from Turkey, which is not available in Ukraine. We have developed good relations with ASELSAN, resulting in several contracts with our company on telecommunication equipment for the need of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence.
