Turkey Exporters Assembly (TIM)  announced data of the defence and aerospace exports to Turkey in the January-September period; It was 1 billion 521 million 396 thousand dollars. In September, defence and aviation increased by 80 per cent compared to the same period of the previous year and reached 281 million 582 thousand dollars.

The sector made the most exports to Azerbaijan with 77 million 167 thousand dollars last month. Azerbaijan made a purchase of 36 million dollars in August. Oman with 62 million 974 thousand dollars and the USA with 62 million 77 thousand dollars followed Azerbaijan.
