One of the most important events for the sector that took place this month was undoubtedly the Statutory Decree (KHK), published in the Official Gazette on December 24. Military Factory and Shipyard Operation Corporation (ASFAT Inc.) has been established to bring military factories and shipyards’ 60 years of experience into defence sector with the 29th article of the Decree Law.
