Turkish ASELSAN and Ukranian SpetsTechnoExport STE signed the offset agreement in the scope of military communication project.

During the 6th meeting of the joint Turkish – Ukrainian commission on the defence industries cooperation that took place in Ankara, the first in history offset agreement was signed between ASELSAN and SpetsTechnoExport within the scope of military communication equipment supply for Ukraine. With thin this agreement Ukrainian Ministry of Defence will receive some up to date technologies and software that will significantly increase capabilities of the armed forces. Also the offset agreement includes provisions regarding the increase of the counter trade.
