Nail Kurt, FNSS General Manager and CEO, met with the leading names of the defence media in a live stream. Kurt answered the question of C4Defence on STA weapons configuration.

Emphasizing that the vehicle capabilities were developed in line with the demands of the Turkish Armed Forces in the STA Project, Kurt pointed out that the usage concepts came to the fore at this point. Underlining that the vehicle's light weight and high mobility is more important than the weapon configuration on it, Kurt added that the company went to the Turkish Army with the proposal of a platform with four launchers in the first phase. It was pointed out that the number of launchers was reduced to two in line with the user requests, and it was pointed out that the launching of two consecutive missile tactics is not possible due to the possibility of positioning the enemy in the first launch.

While it was explained at the beginning of the project that OMTAS systems were not certified, it was emphasized that some platforms were equipped with Kornet anti-tank guided shells and that UKTK turret was transformable for OMTAS and Cornet use and OMTAS conversion could be easily provided when necessary.
