The first domestic and national research vessel, Oruç Reis Seismic Research Ship, left Antalya Port for its new mission after a month.

Turkey, declared a new NAVTEX valid until October 22.

The Foreign Ministry issued a statement and said Oruc Reis completely would move in Turkey ‘s continental shelf.

Oruç Reis can carry out all kinds of geological, geophysical, hydrographic and oceanographic research, especially natural resource exploration.

The Athens administration had announced Navtex for shooting training in the Aegean Sea , including the October 29 Republic Day. Greece's navtex announcement draws reactions because it is against the principle of “not planning military activities in the national days of the two countries”, which is accepted within the scope of confidence building measures between the two countries.
