Katmerciler, one of Turkey's armoured vehicle manufacturers, received an order of 3 million 250 thousand dollars’ worth of security vehicles from an unnamed country. The company, which will start delivering later this year, aims to complete delivery next year.

Last year, the Katmerciler signed a contract with an African country for the export of The Speedy 4×4 Tactical Wheeled Armoured Vehicle, making its first delivery in July this year.

“2020 will be one of the highest export years with a level of $40-45 million,” Katmerciler Executive Vice President Furkan Katmerci said in a press release earlier, and stated that they aim to continuously increase export performance by growing export performance with the support they will receive from defence vehicles and to increase its share in total revenues.
