Italian Leonardo has announced a major change at organisation chart, which will see three of its seven divisions merged and entrusted to one of the firm’s top British managers, Norman Bone.

Leonardo’s Board of Directors approved the creation of the new Electronics Division, reporting directly to the CEO.

The current Land & Naval Defence Electronics, Airborne & Space Systems and Defence Systems Divisions will be merged in the new Electronics Division while Traffic Control Systems and Automation Systems lines of business, currently relating to Security & Information Systems Division, will be transferred to the new Division.
