Electronic jamming systems are widely used in the air as well as on land and at sea. Jammer development programs for aircraft are also progressing.

Development tests have been completed in the NGJ-MB (Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band) Program, which was launched in the light of the need for a new generation jamming pod of the US Navy. Within the scope of the tests carried out in the test center located at the Patuxtent Naval Air Station, the system's ability to operate in different simulated ambient conditions was tested.

The NGJ-MB system has two-pod structure. Developed for use with EA-18G Growler aircraft, the system offers platforms an enhanced electronic attack capability. The hardware, which has the possibility of precise jamming in the mid-band, has high efficiency on the opposing elements thanks to the broadband components with greater coverage.
