May 18, 2018China’s Z-19E Helo Completed Live-firing Tests
Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) announced on May 16 that its Harbin Z-19E attack helicopter has completed its firing trials, local news reported.
It conducted multiple flight tests with the airborne weapons such as the gun, air-to-air missile, air-to-ground missile in live weapon firing, and rocket projectile in precision attack. During the tests, the helicopters fire control system and flight performance have also been validated.
The export-oriented Z-19E carried out its maiden flight in May last year.
