February 19, 2019Australian F/A-18s delivered to Canada
The first two Royal Australian Air Force F/A-18 AB Hornet aircraft to be sold to the Royal Canadian Air Force have been delivered to Canadian Forces Base Cold Lake in Alberta, Canada, following their participation in Exercise Red Flag 2019.
Under a deal between the Australian and Canadian Governments, the two Hornets are the first of up to 25 aircraft that will be sold to Canada along with spares and support equipment.
