The indigenous cell technology that determines the operational lifespan of critical military systems, from kamikaze drones to space platforms, is being put on display under tough field conditions at EFES 2026. ASPİLSAN Enerji, Türkiye’s defence industry leader in energy solutions, has taken its place at the exercise held in Seferihisar, İzmir, with next generation solutions that meet the tactical field’s non stop energy needs. The company, a subsidiary of the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation (TSKGV), is showcasing the systems it developed to ensure uninterrupted mission execution in modern combat environments.

Speaking from the field at EFES 2026, ASPİLSAN Enerji’s General Manager Professor Dr. Ahmet Turan Özdemir highlighted the role of energy on today’s battlefield. He said, “In today’s combat environment, energy is not just a support element. It is a direct decider of operational power. The solutions we are showcasing at EFES 2026 have been developed to make uninterrupted mission execution possible in the toughest field conditions. With our indigenous cell technology and system integration capability, we meet the battlefield’s energy needs in a reliable and sustainable way.”

Field proven Solutions on Display
At its stand in the exercise area, ASPİLSAN Enerji is showcasing critical battery and energy storage technologies developed for military operations. The company’s product portfolio includes portable energy solutions with capacities of 1200, 1500, 3000 and 6000Wh that support the mobility of operational units. Also on display are high energy density lithium ion communication batteries that ensure non stop connectivity on the tactical field, along with rapidly deployable modular energy storage units.
The company is also showcasing mission and safety critical lithium and nickel cadmium battery systems for submarine, naval, land, air and space platforms. High performance battery solutions developed for torpedoes, unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs), kamikaze drones and unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), which are seeing increased use on the battlefield, are also among the products being exhibited at the stand.
