Space Systems and Advanced Technologies Research Center (Uzay Sistemleri ve İleri Teknolojiler Araştırma Merkezi /USITAM), established under the responsibility of ROKETSAN, was opened today. The Advanced Technologies and Systems Deputy General Manager, which was established in 2015, was tasked with producing the systems required to go into space.
The total size of the projects in the space launch system works under USITAM exceeds 9 billion TL. In the near future, the first space trials of the nationally developed Liquid Fuel Rocket Engine technology will begin. USITAM was established to take part in the works of this period.
