In western planning, there is no place for a “Sunni” and “determined power” in the Middle East area. Turkey as a sample country must become passive against all their regional rivals in the region so that it must be ineffective as it will be no longer a “playmaker” and will not “implement games.”

The goal is to have states that are “injured” and, where appropriate, “easily distributed” Muslim populations.
