Indigenously designed by Turkish company STM to meet Pakistani Navy requirements and built at the Karachi Naval Shipyard in Pakistan, the fleet replenishment vessel successfully completed its first cruise in the Indian Ocean on 31 March 2018.
Apart from the crew and Karachi Shipyard personnel, a total of 30 STM personnel and personnel from other Turkish companies participated the first cruise of the ship. Designated as PNS MOAWIN, the vessel has a length of 158,4 metres and a displacement of 16 thousand 400 tons.
