ANKA Will Be Under Spotlight in Malaysia

The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has commissioned its first new Vikram-class offshore patrol vessel (OPV), ICGS Vikram, on 11 April.
The vessel is the first out of seven vessels ordered under a $220 million contract signed in March 2015. The 97-metre OPV was launched in October 2017 at Larsen & Toubro’s Kattupali shipyard. The platform has a top speed of 26 knot and a standard range of 5000 n miles at 12 knot.
