ASELSAN has been working since the 1990s in the field of Electro-Optical Reconnaissance and Surveillance Systems, which are heavily used in residential areas such as the outpost, base area, checkpoint and critical facility, as well as border surveillance.
There are more than 120 products developed by the company within this framework. ASELSAN production electro-optical solutions are used in approximately 40 countries.
Electro-optical products were the subject of the 107th issue of ASELSAN Magazine published by ASELSAN.
ATMACA To Be Used Soon
ATMACA and KUZGUN, developed for use in light and medium-class unmanned flying systems and helicopters, are continuing their integration efforts.
KUZGUN, as a result of the work is considered to make a difference in the field tactically. ATMACA was integrated into balloon platforms and will begin its mission soon.
DenizGözü-KUZGUN to Be Used for New Type Patrol Boats
The DenizGözü-KUZGUN medium-range electro-optical system, developed for medium-sized marine platforms, is planned to be operationalized in search and rescue operations, surveillance and navigational missions.
Work is being carried out to use the system for modernization purposes in the coming years in New Type Patrol Boats.
Improved Laser Warning System will be used in MİLGEM
Laser Warning System (GLİS) is planned to be used in BARBAROS-YÖM and MİLGEM 5 projects, a second-generation laser warning system that gives them the ability to detect and diagnose directed laser threats with high precision and to activate counter-measure systems.
