As preparations for EFES 2026 gain momentum, one question stands out. How far can armoured vehicle engineering really go when it comes to fielding the lightest 30 mm turret integrated platform for urban warfare or running a fully protected medical evacuation mission on the firing line? Nurol Makina says it has an answer. The company will display three of its most advanced tactical wheeled armoured vehicles at EFES 2026, a combined joint live-fire field exercise held in Seferihisar, İzmir, between 16 and 21 May 2026. Nurol Makina will bring the Ejder Yalçın Ambulance, the NMS EWB 4×4, and the NMS‑L 4×4 to the event.
Ejder Yalçın Ambulance to operate in the Field
The Ejder Yalçın Ambulance combines military protection standards with medical equipment in a single platform. It was developed to evacuate personnel from combat zones. This armoured ambulance allows medical teams to treat critical injuries on site. Inside, you will find integrated oxygen bottles, an aspirator, and a defibrillator. The vehicle operates with a four person crew consisting of a driver, a vehicle commander, a doctor, and a nurse. Depending on the operational requirements, the interior can be arranged in two different layouts. The platform can carry up to three casualties, either two on stretchers or one stretcher plus two seated patients.
NMS EWB 4×4 Stands Out with its Large Interior Volume
Developed around a modular design philosophy, the NMS EWB 4×4 offers increased volume and payload capacity in the tactical wheeled armoured vehicle segment thanks to its extended wheelbase. The larger interior allows for more troops, additional equipment integration, or mission specific modules. Known for its flexible interior architecture, the platform will be displayed at the exercise area equipped with ASELSAN’s SARP remote controlled weapon system.
NMS‑L 4×4 Combines Light Weight with Firepower
The NMS‑L 4×4 is another member of the light armoured vehicle class. It was designed for dynamic operations that demand high mobility and transportability. Thanks to its advanced suspension system, this platform offers excellent manoeuvrability in confined spaces and urban operational zones, making it well suited for built up area missions. Even though it is one of the lightest vehicles in its class, the NMS‑L 4×4 delivers serious firepower. It has been integrated with the TRAKON 30 mm turret system developed by Unirobotics.
