Many defence fairs have been postponed or cancelled due to COVID-19. The Defence Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) of the Republic of Korea will implement new measures for problems with exports. As part of the temporary measures, customers will be contacted by the production of videos that can promote the defence products and services of local companies through online communication platforms.

DAPA minister Wang Jung-hong said, “We are producing promotional materials such as videos so that SMEs can promote their export items online instead of exhibitions… We are working closely with the government to support defence companies that need to negotiate exports or to organise overseas deliveries.”
