Pakistan Armed Forces have successfully tested an enhanced version of the locally-developed Babur cruise missile on 14 April. With a range of 700 kilometers, Babur Weapon System-1 is capable of carrying various types of warheads.
Pakistani Navy also recently tested a submarine-launched variant of the Babur missile saying that SLCM Babur was fired “from an underwater dynamic platform” and “successfully engaged its target with precise accuracy; meeting all flight parameters”.
