The World Defense Show (WDS 2026), held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, has opened its doors. Roketsan is participating in the fair with a broad range of products together with 15 strategic business partners.
Organized under the leadership of the Saudi Arabian General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI) and open to visitors between 8–12 February, the World Defense Show (WDS 2026) has begun. Roketsan, Türkiye’s prominent name in rocket and missile technologies, is presenting its next-generation defense systems and the production ecosystem it has established with its strategic business partners at the exhibition venue.
Strategic Partnerships on the International Stage
Making statements at the opening of the fair, Roketsan General Manager Murat İkinci stated that they aim to take strategic cooperation with Saudi Arabia in the fields of defense and security to the next level. At this fair, Roketsan is realizing a first by bringing together 15 business partners from its ecosystem under the same roof.
In this context, the following companies, which provide services across a wide range from design to precision manufacturing, and from electromechanical systems to composite structures, are participating in the fair together with Roketsan: SİMPRO, ASSAN Elektronik, MZD, BARKO-MED, FAYMER Makina, C.E.S. İleri Kompozit, MAKEL Mekanik, BİL PLAS, İVEO Elektronik, MERKAD Makina, DEĞİRMENCİ Otomotiv, ARMSTO Konnektör, ÖZEN İş Makina, RSTEK, and TEDEG Mühendislik.
Systems Exhibited at WDS 2026




The systems presented to visitors at the Roketsan stand cover a wide spectrum, ranging from munition technologies to air defense systems:
- Strike Power and Smart Munitions: MAM-C, MAM-L, MAM-T, and EREN High-Speed Loitering Munition.
- Missile Systems: İHA-230 Air-to-Ground Ballistic Supersonic Missile, ÇAKIR Cruise Missile, and SOM Stand-off Munition.
- Air Defense: SUNGUR, HİSAR-O, SİPER, and BURÇ Mobile Air Defense System.
- Anti-Tank Family: KARAOK, OMTAS, and L-UMTAS-GM.
- Artillery Systems and Guidance Kits: BORA, TRG-230, and TRG-300 missiles, as well as TEBER-82 and LAÇİN guidance kits.
The fair, which will continue until 12 February, is hosting more than 100,000 professional visitors and numerous official delegations. Throughout the exhibition, Roketsan continues to expand its cooperation network in the region through meetings held during the event.
