SARSILMAZ has announced that it will participate in the World Defense Show (WDS), which will be held in Saudi Arabia from 8–12 February 2026. Within the scope of the exhibition, the company will present its next-generation weapons and systems in various calibers—most notably the 25 mm TRM Cannon—for inspection by international users and delegations.
Strategic Partnerships and Target Markets
With more than 140 years of manufacturing experience and exports to over 80 countries today, SARSILMAZ aims to further develop its ongoing projects with Saudi Arabia’s defense industry institutions, SAMI and GAMI. During the exhibition, the company will share its engineering solutions and product portfolio tailored to the operational needs of the Middle East market with key decision-makers.
Exhibited Product Range and Technical Details

At WDS 2026, SARSILMAZ will take part with a wide range of products that have been tested under all types of climate and field conditions. The main systems to be exhibited at the fair are as follows:
- Medium-Caliber Systems: The 25 mm TRM Cannon, developed under TR Mekatronik through the SARSILMAZ–TUSAŞ partnership.
- Machine Guns: 12.7 mm SAR 127 MT and 7.62 mm SAR 762 MT.
- Infantry Rifles: 7.62×39 mm SAR15T and 7.62×51 mm MPT-76.
- Pistols: New-generation models of the SAR9 pistol family.

Commenting on the exhibition, SARSILMAZ Foreign Trade General Manager M. Nuri Kızıltan stated: “World Defense Show is a strategic meeting point where the foundations of long-term cooperation in the defense industry are laid. As SARSILMAZ, we aim to bring our systems—capable of responding to the operational needs of different geographies—directly together with field users, and to deepen our existing partnerships, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East market.”
WDS 2026 Participation Data
At World Defense Show 2026, approximately 800 companies from around 80 countries are expected to participate, along with more than 440 official delegations. The event is expected to be followed by over 106,000 visitors and more than 950 members of the media, positioning it as a global cooperation platform.
