17 August 1999 Marmara Earthquake caught Turkey extremely off-guard. On the 22nd anniversary of this disaster and in the face of the fact that large earthquakes are waiting for Turkey in the light of scientific data “Although it is not known when it will occur”, it is necessary to make the necessary preparations, take measures and raise awareness of each citizen.
