The F-4E/2020 aircraft belonging to the Turkish Air Force Command is taking part in the Command Control and Air Defense Poggio Dart-2025 (PODA-25) NATO Exercise, held in Italy between 25 November – 5 December 2025. Türkiye is participating in the exercise with 3 F-4E aircraft and 51 personnel.
Türkiye is participating in the Poggio Dart-2025 (PODA-25) NATO Exercise, which began in Italy on 25 November and will continue until 5 December 2025, with elements of the Air Force Command.
The main objective of the exercise has been defined as testing joint operational procedures to increase effectiveness in the execution of NATO air operation methods and tactics. PODA-25 provides a platform to enhance cooperation and coordination capabilities among allies.
The 1st Main Jet Base Command, affiliated with the Air Force Command, is taking part in the exercise. The Turkish team consists of 3 F-4E/2020 aircraft and 51 personnel. This participation aims to demonstrate Türkiye’s military capabilities, competencies, and level of training in an international, multi-national environment.
Besides our country, host nation Italy, the United States, and various NATO elements are participating in PODA-25.
