In the days when the calendars showed the mid-1970s, one of the leading names of the Chicago School, one of the main institutions of the economy world, Milton Friedman was forming the theory of changing the “cumbersome capitalism” that was shaped especially during the Cold War years after World War II. 

In the early 1980s, he was involved in a study that minimized the intervention of the state in the economy and prepared success stories of companies and of course states that got rid of corporate bureaucracies, as the advisor to US President Ronald Reagan and the British “Iron Lady” Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.
