New Training Aircraft Agreement Between Czech Republic and Vietnam

 With the development announced by the Czech Republic yesterday, 12 L-39NG jet training aircraft will be delivered to Vietnam between 2023 and 2024. The agreement with Vietnam was said to be the biggest export success of the L-39NG aircraft so far.

Produced by Aero Vodochody and first introduced in October 2018, the L-39NG was developed based on the aerodynamic design of its successor, the L-39 Albatross aircraft. The aerial vehicle has an FJ44-4M turbofan engine.

Along with 12 training aircraft to be delivered to Vietnam, services such as spare parts, logistical support and personnel training will also be provided.

 L-39NG has also been proposed to Hungary and Slovenia.
