Russia's S-400 procurement process is experiencing new developments. Alexander Mikheyev, CEO of Rosoboronexport, a military export company of the Russian State, made a statement on the subject.
Speaking at the IDEX 2019 international defence fair in Abu Dhabi, Mikheyev made statements the Saudi Arabia's S-400 procurement process. According to the program, the parties agreed with Saudi Arabia, but the process of consultation on the contract continued.
