China introduced the new CH-6 HALE (High Altitude Long Endurance) unmanned aerial vehicle at the Zhuhai Airshow, which took place from September 28 to October 3.
With a wingspan of 20.5 meters and a maximum take-off weight of approximately eight tons, the CH-6 can accomplish a wide range of missions with the equipment and ammunition it can carry.
The UAV, which can carry electro-optical pod, synthetic aperture radar, early warning radar, electronic warfare systems, air-to-surface missiles and bombs, can perform various tasks from reconnaissance to strike.
