New Explosive Plant to the US

BAE systems has been awarded a $177 million contract to built a new nitrocellulose explosives factory at the US’ Radford Army Ammunition Plant. The US Department of Defence announced the news via press release published on 19 January. The constuction work on the new factory is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2018.
