Ukraine-based Arey Engineering Group introduced the concept of a new armoured combat vehicle, the Vavilon/ Babylon, which will be developed based on the T-64 main battle tank chassis.

The company describes Vavilon as a modern vehicle with a digital control system and additional protection that will not be lower than STANAG 6. 

The platform will be equipped with a tower with a 30 mm 2A42 main weapon and a co-axis 7.62 mm machine gun.

With the new concept, Ukraine aims to develop a modular system that will take on the duties of air defence or armoured combat vehicles.
