A missile hit the village of Przewodów, 6 km from Poland’s border with Ukraine, at 15:40 yesterday. It is among the information received that two people lost their lives due to the missile that hit.

The Polish Foreign Affairs Ministry said in a statement at night that the missile could be a Russian-made missile. Polish President Andrzej Duda said, “At the moment we have no definitive proof of who launched this missile. It was most likely a Russian-made missile, but all of this is still under investigation at the moment.”

After the missiles hit Poland, the Committee of the Polish Council of Ministers for National Security and Defence Affairs was held at 9:00 p.m. local time. Government spokesman Piotr Müller stated that the decision was taken to increase the military units and security forces, avoiding explanations about the details of the missile.
