Iran has conducted taxi trials of its Qaher (Conqueror) F-313 stealth fighter, according to national media broadcast on 15 April. The aircraft is similar to the mock-up of the domestic combat aircraft that was unveiled in February, 2013 in many aspects, although with some upgrades. The most distinct difference is its twin-engine configuration, unlike the original aircraft's single-engined design. The original mock-up of Qaher fighter had caused some raised eyebrows due to its flawed design features.
