Final H145M Delivery to Bundeswehr

Airbus Helicopters handed over the 15th and final H145M multirole helicopter to the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The relevant contract was signed in 2013 under Bundeswehr's Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) Special Operations Forces (SOF) project. Powered by two Turbomeca Arriel 2E engines, H145Ms can be used for transport, supply, surveillance, air rescue, armed reconnaissance and medical evacuation missions. Bundeswehr's H145Ms are equipped with full authority digital engine control (FADEC) and Helionix digital avionics suite.
