Vietnam to buy 12 Sukhoi fighters

Vietnam and Russia have signed an agreement for the procurement of 12 Sukhoi-30 multirole combat aircraft for more than $600 million. The fighters will be delivered in 2014 and 2015. The purchase is the third by Vietnam of Sukhoi fighters.
