Israeli Army has announced on Thursday that they will take delivery of three F-35 'Adir' ('Mighty') aircraft this Sunday, which are to join other two Adirs Israel recevied in December last year.
Israel was the first country to receive F-35s other than US and is scheduled to receive of a total 50 aircraft by 2022.
According to Israeli media reports, Israel is paying $110 million for each of the first 33 F-35s it has ordered to date. The first F-35 squadron will be based at Nevatim Airbase in the Negev Desert.
