The US has at least 20 UAV base in Europe, Africa and Asia. According to a compilation on a website called Mydroneland.com, the US drone bases deployed operational UAVs in Europe, Africa and Asia were estimated at least 20. The UAV bases are located in 15 different countries and operate five different type unmanned aerial vehicles.

The most important elements of the US covert operations continue to be special forces and UAVs. Despite the fact that the attacks in Syria and Iraq against Daesh are at the forefront, the United States has been heavily benefiting from the UAVs in covert operations in many countries.
